The Vail FIS women’s team recently returned from a successful camp at Cerro Castor in Ushuaia, Argentina. Fortunately, they shared some photos from their “great” training camp.

Nestled in the heart of Tierra del Fuego, Argentina, the Cerro Castor ski area attracts teams with its snow-covered slopes and friendly atmosphere. Towering peaks and crisp mountain air create a winter paradise for visiting racers. The ski area also offers athletes breathtaking views of the surrounding wilderness. With modern facilities, Cerro Castor promises an unforgettable blend of excellent training, adrenaline and natural beauty.

Perched at the southernmost tip of Argentina, Ushuaia earns attention as the world’s southernmost city. Framed by dramatic peaks and the shimmering Beagle Channel, Ushuaia lures ski racers with its wild beauty. The city itself captivates with its colorful architecture and maritime heritage. Ushuaia, a gateway to Antarctica, offers excellent winter conditions and is a valued contributor to the success of many of the world’s elite ski racers.

Ski Racing Media thanks the women of the Ski and Snowboard Club Vail for sharing their experiences.
