“He wants nothing to do with us, he is getting ready to pounce.”

Gnarly wildlife encounter caught on camera as group of hikers in Big Bend National Park came upon a mountain lion walking down Pinnacles Trail. The lion’s attention quickly turned from the hikers to a deer a short distance away.  Moments later the big cat launched a successful attack on the deer. How do I know it was successful? A second group of hikers actually filmed the encounter from a different angle and the lion most definitely made contact (WARNING GRAPHIC VIDEO).  Wild thing to witness while out on hike.
