The PCR for the Men’s Viessman FIS Nordic Combined World Cup in Trondheim (NOR) took place on the Granåsen HS 105.
57 athletes from 13 nations were on the Start List for a training jump and the PCR afterwards.
The furthest jump of the day was performed by Stefan Rettenegger with 99.5 meters. With 132.8 points the Austrian secured the victory of the PCR.
Rank 2 was taken by his brother Thomas Rettenegger reaching 96 meters and collecting a total of 126.9 points.
Johannes Lamparter (96 mts, 124.6 pts) placed third, completing another successful day on hill for team Austria.
Overall World Cup winner Jarl Magnus Riiber was not on start due to an injury in his right knee. He will not compete all weekend, because “it is not medically adviced for him to jump”, said Norwegian team doctor Anders Storhaug Heen.
