As SYNC Performance’s This Week’s Stoke summer series continues, we were able to sit down with Storm Klomhaus to discuss returning from injury. Storm is a great example of an athlete coming back to snow as a stronger athlete than they were before their injury. As someone who has accomplished this, we knew that she would be a wealth of information when it comes to recovering from injuries. Our suspicions were correct, she shared her tricks to success with us, including how vital mental strength and your overall attitude in the gym are to recovery.
