Ticket sales for the world’s most prestigious winter sports event, the 71st 4-Hills-Tournament started on September 1st. Tickets for all four events are now available at tickets.vierschanzentournee.com.
First, so-called Kombi-Tickets, valid for the qualification and the competition, can be bought. If the event is not sold out by then, tickets for just the qualification or the competition will be available from October 24th.
“After two years without the fans, we expect a very high demand for tickets this winter and I can only advise all Ski Jumping fans to get their tickets early, no matter for which venue”, said 4-Hills-Tournament president Dr. Peter Kruijer from Oberstdorf.
The organizers are expecting packed stadiums and more than 100,000 fans in total. They also point out that tickets shall only be bought via the official website tickets.vierschanzentournee.com. “We are explicitly warning everyone that, in the past, tickets have always also been sold by scammers at excessive prices”, said Michael Maurer, chairman of the organizing committee in Garmisch-Partenkirchen.
Not only in Germany but also in Austria, the organizers are looking forward to lots of spectators at their hills. “The atmosphere at the Bergisel is unique and the final in Bischofshofen is always extremely exciting. There will be goosebump moments”, said Manfred Schuetzenhofer of the organizing committee in Bischofshofen.
