In episode 2 of This Week’s Stoke’s summer off-season series, SYNC Performance was able to discuss dryland training with Agneta Platter – one of the most successful strength and conditioning coaches in ski racing. With her years of experience on the World Cup circuit, her tricks in the gym will be super beneficial for every ski racer. Platter has worked with various different World Cup teams from the Swedish National team, Canadian World Cup Speed team and now is working with the Austrian Speed team. Her knowledge is unmatched and was able to help produce multiple World Cup winning athletes.
