VAIL, Colo.—June 24th, 2022—SYNC Performance, provider of technical apparel, protective ski race equipment, and travel bags based in Vail, Colo, announces today the SYNC Team for the 2022/23 season.

Today we are very excited to announce the new 2022/23 SYNC Team. With multiple returning members and a pack of fresh faces we can’t wait to help this exciting group of athletes reach for the top of the podium all season long. The 2022/23 roster features twelve top-level athletes representing clubs from across the country.

The goal of the SYNC Junior Team is to provide athletes the resources they need to succeed on and off the hill. These athletes join a long list of previous SYNC Team athletes that have gone on to achieve strong results at the National and International levels. SYNC Junior Team athletes will also be mentored by our group of independent and NCAA athletes, who will provide guidance and advice as they progress through their careers. These relationships within the SYNC community help us create a family of athletes that are able to support each other at races and training venues throughout the year.

The SYNC Junior Team delivers support through financial aid and equipment for athletes from U16 to U21. The team helps athletes who are pushing their limits and aiming to reach the top levels of the sport. Through the SYNC Junior Team, the brand receives instant feedback about what gear athletes need to perform on and off the hill. This relationship is essential to our brand’s success and helps bring products to market that benefit all athletes.
