[ad_1]

As is often the case, the Swiss are the first to announce their teams for the coming season.

Together with head coaches Beat Tschuor (women) and Thomas Stauffer (men) as well as Head of Youth Development Hans Flatscher, Director of Alpine Skiing Walter Reusser has made the selection for the 2022/23 season.

Next season, 16 men and women athletes will be part of the national team. Three new skiers have been promoted to the highest Swiss-Ski team: Joana Hählen and Niels Hintermann (both A team until now) and Stefan Rogentin (B team).

99 men and women athletes are part of a Swiss-Ski Alpine team, two fewer than in the previous season.

Nine athletes announced their retirement from competitive alpine skiing during the 21/22 season.

Here, the complete list.
