NCAA championship teams announced

The teams for NCAA championships have been officially announced. The Alpine teams are divided by two regions: East and West. Each region will have 17 men and 17 women competing in the alpine events, for a total of 64 athletes.
The races will be hosted by the University of Utah at Park City Mountain Resort on March 9-12. A maximum of three student-athletes per gender per discipline can be selected from a school.
Alpine athletes from Boston College, Colby College, Dartmouth College, Harvard University, Middlebury College, Plymouth State University, St. Lawrence University, St. Michaels University, University of New Hampshire and University of Vermont will be on the Eastern region team. The West region schools that had student-athletes qualify for the event are Denver University, Montana State University, University of Alaska Anchorage, University of Colorado and the University of Utah.
