The PCR for the Mens Nordic Combined TRIPLE took place under sunny conditions today and had a familiar winner.
Jarl Magnus Riiber returned to old strength after his injury-related competition break and took the victory of the PCR on the Toni-Seelos-Schanze HS 109 in Seefeld (AUT).

55 athletes from 13 nations were on the Start List for two training jumps and the Provisional Competition Round afterwards.

Due to the changing wind, the Ski Jumping round had to be briefly interrupted several times and the gates had to be adjusted.

In the end, overall World Cup second Jarl Magnus Riiber, current owner of the blue bib as Best Jumper, prevailed over the other competitors. The Norwegian jumped to 107 meters, after his coach requested a lower start gate for him and collected 127.9 points.
Therefore, Riiber, who lost the overall World Cup lead and yellow bib to Johannes Lamparter due to his injury-related absence in Klingenthal (GER), secured the victory of today’s PCR.

Rank 2 was taken by German Terence Weber, with 99.5 meters and 113.7 points.

The furthest distance of the day was performed by Kristjan Ilves with a hill size jump on 109 meters. With 113.6 points the Estonia, who placed on the podium two times in Klingenthal (GER), took the third place in the end.
